Building a long-term cultural vision in Tuscany
We joined the Cacciaconti Music Festival at an early stage to shape what the project truly stood for - why this festival, why these places, and what role it could play in Tuscany's cultural life for years to come. That process gave the project its foundation: a positioning built not around concerts, but around the activation of Tuscany's living heritage through world-class chamber music.
From there, we developed the patronage strategy and the materials to bring the first donors on board, and built the outreach and partnership approach to grow the community around the festival.
