Borgo Belsedere

What we found at Borgo Belsedere wasn’t just a property — it was untapped potential.  A large, thousand-year-old property steeped in history, it held immense character and cultural value but needed vision, structure, and strategy to come to life. Within one year, we transformed it into a fully functioning retreat destination with a clear brand identity, curated guest experiences, and a solid business foundation.

We managed different phases of development — from interior design to the setup of guest experiencee, digital presence, and long-term operational strategy. Together with local partners, we revived the soul of the space while combining the charm with a modern twist that serves both business goals and keeps the heritage alive.

Today, Borgo Belsedere welcomes guests from around the world, offering an inspiring setting for retreats and events — rooted in place, and built for connection.
